		<description>eBay is one of those huge companies with "assembly line" style customer service, if it can be called customer service at all. They have so many customers that they don't think they need to be courteous to any of them. So they don't care about you. 

At what point will enough customers be annoyed, that eBay's aggregated revenue and activity statistics show it?</description>
